       RVF立式全自動(dòng)壓濾機(jī)是一種高效、節(jié)能、自動(dòng)化程度高的固液分離設(shè)備。廣泛應(yīng)用在礦山、冶金、化工、醫(yī)藥、食品等行業(yè)。各設(shè)備利用泵的壓力、物料的重力以及氣壓或水壓的作用，在濾布兩側(cè)形成壓差，從而實(shí)現(xiàn)高效固液分離。    
       RVF vertical automatic filter press is a kind of high efficiency, energy saving, high degree of automation solid-liquid separation equipment. Widely used in mining, metallurgy, chemical industry, medicine, food and other industries. Each device uses the pressure of the pump, the gravity of the material, and the action of air or water pressure to form a pressure difference on both sides of the filter cloth, so as to achieve efficient solid-liquid separation.

2、應(yīng)用范圍：
     Application range：
     目前已廣泛應(yīng)用于礦山精礦及尾礦脫水，冶煉、化工行業(yè)氧化物、電解渣、浸出渣、爐渣的脫水及環(huán)保污水污泥廢酸處理等。

3、技術(shù)指標(biāo)：
       工作原理：
       Working principle：

1) 過濾階段：當(dāng)過濾板框關(guān)閉后，料漿經(jīng)過料漿管被泵入濾腔。濾液透過濾布進(jìn)入濾液腔，再經(jīng)濾液軟管到達(dá)濾液總管后排出；同時(shí)，濾腔內(nèi)形成濾餅。 1) Filtration stage: When the filter plate frame is closed, the slurry is pumped into the filter chamber through the slurry tube. The filtrate enters the filtrate chamber through the filter cloth, and then exits the filtrate main pipe through the filtrate hose. 5、供貨范圍及現(xiàn)場安裝要求：
Scope of supply and Site Installation requirements:
1) 本機(jī)必須安裝在堅(jiān)固的平整的鋼筋混凝土上，或堅(jiān)實(shí)的鋼架基礎(chǔ)上?；A(chǔ)大小及有關(guān)尺寸參照安裝示意圖以及基礎(chǔ)圖。地基深由用戶根據(jù)實(shí)際情況自行確定。主機(jī)應(yīng)由專業(yè)人員起吊，應(yīng)防止撞擊、劃傷主機(jī)上設(shè)備。安裝時(shí)應(yīng)用水平儀在軸上校正主機(jī)水平并緊固同時(shí)安裝其它設(shè)備。
1) The machine must be installed on a solid, flat reinforced concrete, or a solid steel frame foundation. Base size and relevant dimensions refer to installation diagram and base drawing. The foundation depth shall be determined by the user according to the actual situation. The main machine should be lifted by professionals, and the equipment on the main machine should be prevented from hitting and scratching. During installation, please use an air level to correct the main engine on the shaft and fasten it while installing.
2) 本機(jī)供氣: 微粒小于5微米，壓力 0.5-0.6MPa，氣量：參考裝配圖說明。
2) Air supply: particles＜5 microns, pressure 0.5-0.6MPa; Gas volume: Refer to assembly drawing description..
3) 水: 最大固體含 5ppm，固體微粒小于50um，壓力在3.5-6bar供量為參考裝配圖說明。
